Bruce Covill
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Covill is the founder of Cyberitas Enterprises LLC, a team of experienced eCommerce experts that has been developing
and hosting large-scale Web sites since 1994. Bruce has spent a 30-year career in various forms of publishing, business and
consulting, the past 20 specializing in e-commerce. Originally a writing journalist with the Times Journal Co. in
Washington, D.C., Bruce was recruited in 1985 by Rupert Murdoch's News America Corp. to undertake new development projects.
Over the next eight years, Bruce led the development of multimedia publishing products and the organizations to produce and
sell them. As vice president of Murdoch Electronic Publishing and later executive vice president of Reed Travel Group, Bruce
led the development of the "Jaguar/SabreVision" CD-ROM-based publishing products for use by travel agents. He also helped
found and served as a director of The Hotel Industry Switch Co. (THISCO), a consortium of 15 of the largest lodging companies
that changed the way hotel rooms are booked electronically, and today is known as Pegasus Systems Inc..
In 1992, Bruce left corporate life in New York City and moved his family to Phoenix, AZ. Since then, Bruce has been involved
in a wide range of e-commerce activities, both as a consultant and as the head of Internet development companies. Bruce
oversaw the development and launch of a five-component, multimedia-marketing program designed to recapture a newspaper's
lost market share in real estate advertising. As president of Cyber Publishing Inc. and later Cyberitas Enterprises LLC,
Bruce oversaw the development of TravelWeb.com, the first large scale Internet site containing consumer information about
hotels. Bruce also led the development of the Internet's leading consumer real estate site, www.era.com, and sites for a
number of other large organizations.
A frequent speaker at various industry events, Bruce holds an undergraduate degree in journalism and an MBA degree with a
specialization in information systems management. Bruce also is an avid tennis player, amateur historian and wine enthusiast.

Peter J. Chatterton F.C.A., C.J.C.
Chief Financial Officer
Peter is our CFO. He is a British National, holding a resident visa (green card) for the U.S. He is a Fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (F.C.A.) and a Member of the Spanish Institute of Accountants
(C.J.C.). Peter obtained his English qualification in 1961 and then embarked on a very varied career which took him
to Peru (10 years), the United States (2 years), Italy (3 years) and Spain (8 years). During these years he worked
with either Peat,Marwick,Mitchell & Co. (PMM) or Price, Waterhouse & Co., two of the then "Big Eight" accounting firms.
With these firms, his specialization was auditing and, over the years, he has had considerable experience in auditing
almost every conceivable type of business enterprise. He made partner with PMM in Peru in 1970 and was appointed Senior
Partner for Spain and Portugal in 1978, with responsibility for the management of all aspects of the PMM practices in
those countries. As the senior representative for Spain and Portugal, he served as a Member of the PMM Continental
European Operations Committee, which oversaw all financial and operational matters for the thirteen countries in which
PMM Europe practiced. He also served for several years on the PMM European Professional Practice Committee, which dealt
with all professional standards and technical matters affecting the European Practice. He is fluent in Spanish. In 1984,
at the age of 46, he retired from PMM and came to live in Scottsdale. Since then he has developed an accounting and tax
practice, runs an investment company and looks after all our accounting, tax and financial matters.

Scott Moore
Chief Information Officer
Scott Moore has more than 12 years of industry experience, and has been programming Internet connected
applications prior to the advent of the World Wide Web. A secure programming specialist focused on realtime network
aware applications, Scott was the Lead Developer of the i330 and i500 projects, which brought additional Internet
connectivity and user configurability to the new breed of network connected smart phones. Scott also lead the
development of the high-encryption 'Rocket Protocol' which was approved for use in financial transactions in a
large-scale Federal-ACH connected Internet payment gateway. A frequent conference speaker and trainer, Scott
speaks and trains for the FBI's Domestic Cyber-Terrorism Task Force, and has spoken at the Council of Educational
Facility Planners, International technology conference among others.

Tom Emerson
Chief Technical Officer
A systems engineer with eight years of Internet technology expertise, sixteen years of Broadcast Television
systems experience with Arizona's premier Public Television station KAET-TV. Tom served as the Chief Engineer,
Transmissions at KAET for several years until the itch to expand his horizons further into the emerging world of
Internet Commerce led him to a position as the Director of Network Operations and Hosting Services at Evergreen
Internet, Inc., one of the Phoenix area's oldest privately held ISP and eCommerce companies. Tom's broad experience
with technology and people from both the Broadcast Television and Internet Commerce industries provide him with a
unique technological and business perspective.

Linda Frankson
Lead Designer
Linda has over 15 years experience in graphic design; 10 years as a web designer.
Her skill set includes designing and developing corporate Internet/Intranet
sites; corporate identity and graphic design; user interface design;
software documentation, marketing presentations, business plans,
proposals and user manuals; technical illustrations for hardware and
software specifications; training.
